Accordingly, Patent Ingenuity, P.C. can analyze a patent portfolio to help the client in valuating and making the decision of whether or not to purchase the patent asset.  The due diligence analysis generally involves (1) an invalidity search and analysis to determine the strength of the patent asset; (2) an infringement analysis to determine the scope of protection against potential infringers; and (3) a licensing analysis to help determine the potential for generating a royalty stream.
