Once a patent is obtained or purchased, Patent Ingenuity, P.C. can negotiate and prepare license agreements for generating royalty streams from licensees.  Various types of licensing agreements can be prepared to help meet the client's needs.  For instance, the client may choose to utilize a series of non-exclusive license agreements with multiple licensees as opposed to one exclusive license agreement with a single licensee.
